David J. has decided to update his portfolio reflecting his training and growth over a ten-year period.

He meets with a local photographer in Little Rock, AR name Valentin Sawadago “Thino”, Lead Photographer/Creative Director with Lake Rock Studio located at 3700 So. University Avenue, Suite 6, Little Rock, AR 72204.

After 3 hours of collaboration, which included test shots and a test photo shoot, I knew instinctively that Thino would capture the images that I desired.  This meeting takes place on May 31, 2023 and we would later schedule my first four seasons photo shoot for June 23, 2023.  Thino and I would meet on June 7, 2023 at 3:00 pm. to do a wardrobe assessment, upon which I realized that I was two seasons short.  Namely, the fall/winter seasons.

While updating and selecting fall/winter pieces, my interest evolved toward a second photo shoot, which,  I decided could possibly become an editorial high fashion photo shoot.

​

This process further evolved to an African photo shoot as I had two custom-designed African styled suits with matching hats.

I phoned Thino on June 11, 2023 with a general idea of this second photo shoot and requested a meeting for a wardrobe assessment.  We met on June 12, 2023 for clarity of possibility where it was established that an:

          African and American editorial photo shoot was a LOVELY idea.
